the location is perfect. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good. they held our bags, and they had a taxi at the door.
the room was small. i am tall and i didn't stand straight up for days. the bathroom ceiling is low too.

Charming Stay!

The breakfast was good. Fresh orange juice was always available and scrambled eggs and bacon were also offered. The rooftop terrace provided a wonderful view. It was a great bonus. I found the location amazingonly minutes on foot from many attractions in the area.
The elevator does not start on the ground floor, so carrying luggage up a few steps is necessary.

The gentleman at the front desk was rude. He did not help me schedule a shuttle to the airport. I was told it was too late to request a shuttle the day before. The taxi driver did NOT accept credit cards at the airport. It cost me extra to withdraw cash. the "window" in the room is not accessible and behind doors.

My family and I stayed in a spacious quadruple room. It included two separate sleeping areas. The rooftop terrace provided a wonderful spot to unwind after sightseeing. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the breakfast staff.
The elevator was somewhat small. It required a short walk up some steps before reaching it.

the location is superb. it is a short walk to the pantheon. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful always ready to assist! i liked the design of the hotel.
the elevator wasn't always available, especially if someone didn't close the door completely! also, the room felt a little cramped.

strange smellfaulty elevator
the room had this strange smell that i couldn't quite place it was like stale air freshener mixed with old socks maybe the cleaning crew needs a raise. the elevator was also a bit of a gamble sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't it seemed like a surprise every time i pressed the button. i almost got stuck once, good thing i travel light and could pry open the doors myself. there are no city views so don't get excited to admire the architecture from your window.
